Snow showers? What does this mean exactly?
I am planning to make a trip of about 2.5 hours to go visit my boyfriend in college on Valentine’s Day.
My parents are concerned about the weather (I live in Cleveland). I am allowed to go as long as the roads are in decent condition.
The extended forecast is naming snow showers most days of the week.
The 13th there shouldn’t be any snow, but on the 14th, there’s supposed to be snow showers and it says precip 30%
What does all this mean? Are snow showers severe…there’s so many different names for snowfall.
Should I plan on thsi trip working? I don’t want to make plans and it be a bust…
Is it too early to look at the weather?
I just hate that I can’t plan because I don’t know how the roads will be.
Snow showers = Heavy snow fall
depending on how heavy they are you might be able to drive but you have to be careful.

the weather is unpredictable in the midwest. I live in Indiana. 30% might mean light snow showers or no snow at all. It has to do w/ the barometric pressure, Now if would snow on Valentine’s day, If the was a 80%-90% then it would snow,
